Job Summary: The Records Officer will be tasked with ensuring that all company records and files are properly documented and in safe custody.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for record storage & retrieval.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date and also ensure security of personal information.
- Ensure accurate record deposit documentation.
- Respond to enquiries both verbally and in writing.
- Manage all aspects of records transfer and disposal to and from archives.
- Participate in monthly stock taking
- Any other assignment by management as may be required in the interest of the company.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelors’ degree in Records and Archives or any other related fields.
- Five years of related work experience in a busy working environment

- Ability to anticipate changing demands for use of information.
