Job Summary: The Internal Information Technology Services Consultant will be end-to-end responsible automating and adapting CFAO’s IT Service Management best practices through coordinating all processes for Incident and Problem Resolution, Change Control, Release and Service Level Agreements Management, End-User Self-Service and Asset Lifecycle Management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the IT service desk and ensure timely resolution of all incidences logged by internal customers.
- Manage vendor management process including keeping track of Service Level Agreements and IT procurements.
- Manage all IT communication to the business.
- Timely and accurate IT reporting and ensure that all IT projects are well documented.
- Manage the IT process of staff entries & exits and internal changes.
- Conduct trainings based on business needs identified.
- Ensure that system hardware and software incidents are investigated, diagnosed and resolved, including action plans to improve performance, while maintaining the asset registers/inventory.
- Monitor IT internal audit compliance, findings and implementation of requirements.
- Design and implement IT satisfaction surveys.
- Support the Systems administrator with management of business applications, systems & servers & the Network Administrator with management of the network and all interfaces.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
- ITIL Certification
- Microsoft Certification (MCSE, MCITP)
- At least three years of experience in a busy IT environment
- Knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure support.
- Knowledge and understanding of new technologies and trends.
- Appreciation of the hybrid IT support model.
- Skills: Interpersonal, Problem solving, Planning and Organization, Report writing, Project management
