Job Summary: The Stores Clerk will coordinate storage and issuance practices as per organizational need and set schedules
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable about the running of the PHARMACY facilities.
- To monitor and account for items bought and stored in the store
- To carry out stock taking so as to ascertain that the organisation has a balance sundries as to run the organisation
- Manage the distribution and storage of drugs and consumables
- Carry out customer care feed back surveys with clients to get information on the commodities used
- Make sure that the clinics and hospital have the necessary supplies daily as per their weekly and or monthly requisitions respectively
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in stores management, Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent
- Excellent Customer care skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good and demonstrable understanding of the C PHARMA philosophy, vision and mission
- Ability to work productively within a team
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to be a team player.
- Excellent organisation/record keeping skills
- Ability to multitask
- Have a high degree of flexibility
- Self-driven, reliant and motivated with hands on approach in seeing things through to completion
