Job Summary: The Analyst, Business Employee Value Banking will drive growth and value via Employee Value Banking (EVB) client value proposition for Personal and Private Clients AR, with specific focus on Public Sector and the largest economic contributing sectors
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide standard reports to the manager as input into overall reporting.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and ad hoc reports.
- Monitor and manage dormancy and inactive of accounts opened.
- Research and analyze the local market to understand key business drivers, influencers, and competitor activity
- Identify sales gaps and implements remedial action plans.
- Build up a sufficient network with product, credit and segment owners to support and establish points of contact for all new leads referred in the country.
- Develop and implement business attraction plans for personal solutions, including analysing market potential.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Stanbic Bank job must hold a first Degree in Finance and Accounting, Statistics, Economics or a related field
- Three to four years of experience as an Account Analyst with exposure to lending principles, sales and client servicing.
- Experience in a back-office Account Support or Customer Service Support role to understand how to interact with the client as well as to process client queries and requests.
- Exposure to branch banking environment and stakeholder management.
- Deeper Knowledge and understanding of market segmentation value propositions and customer profiles per micro-market.
