Job Title: Corporate Sales Engineer

Roofings Group is the leading manufacturer of quality steel and plastic building products in East Africa.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a Certified Influencer Pool (like Dealers, Contractors, Architects, QS, Civil/Structural engineers etc. through whom Roofings Group products can be marketed and sold.
- Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain Roofings Group products or services to customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and arrange deliveries.
- Develop and manage new building solutions sales within existing and new channels ensuring delivery of monthly volume targets for the steel building solutions.
- Help customers by recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
- Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
- Prepare weekly/monthly report on project pipeline/inquiry status/won order/lost orders analysis etc.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil /Structural & Architectural Engineering.
- Experience in sales and marketing.
- Must be able to speak Chinese language.
- Three years of relevant working experience in project sales of industrial products/solutions, Structural Steel, Roofing & allied building component.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
