Job Title:   Trainee Enterprise Officer (2 Fresh Graduate Job Opportunities)

About US:

Focal Development Finance Limited is a development finance institution that specialises in financial and advisory services to micro and small entrepreneurs in Uganda. It is licensed and regulated as a non-deposit taking microfinance institution by the Uganda Microfinance Regulatory Authority.

Job Summary:  A six months training attachment under senior credit staff to develop first hand practical skills and competences in micro and small business credit financing. Training shall emphasise learning by doing, comprehensively covering credit processes such as sales, client assessment, appraisal, reporting, risk management, monitoring and market research. The top trainee shall have an opportunity for employment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in microfinance or a related field in the year 2023
• Internship experience
