Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out input-output valuation to determine cost effectiveness of manufacturing activities.
  • Reconcile the material consumed with regard to standard consumption for actual quantity produced with actual consumption on daily basis and reporting on material wastage, abnormal loss etc.
  • Verify labor/Utility/maintenance cost with regard to standard and make a report on the variance.
  • Verify on daily basis finished goods production and transfer to dispatch with system production and stock transfer.
  • Preparing aging report to ease planning for raw material and packing materials.
  • Daily Production Report Analysis i.e., booking it in system and comparing system dispatches with actual.
  • Coordinating the stock take exercise at the end of each month and submitting the report by the stipulated date.
  • Providing a report on slow moving / dead stock.
  • Conducting a daily analysis for recycles.
  • Enforce compliance to accounting and manufacturing standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in on-going audits as per the requirements.
  • Provide all timely reports as per requirements.
  • Ensure to balance all stocks and provide relevant reports accordingly.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Financial Controller or Business Unit Manager




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or related business courses.
  • At least three years of experience in similar role
  • Computerized accounting programs.
  • Generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Team Building Skills.
  • Accounting and bookkeeping skills.
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Stress Management skills.
  • High level of honesty and respect.
  • Demonstration of sound work ethics.
