Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement the Company’s Human Resource policies and initiatives in compliance with the law and best practice.
- Ensure all HR operations are carried out in compliance with the local regulation, company rules, voluntary commitments and applicable standards.
- Coordinate the implementation of all processes related to Joiners, Movers and Leavers including background checks, probation performance and work tool allocation. Assist in the implementation of all HR campaigns including Annual Salary Reviews, BetterTogether, SoGre@t, Manager Reviews, TWICE, Action etc.
- Manage the Disciplinary process/ consequence management processes.
- Be the contract manager for HR-third Party services including the catering companies, cleaning companies and compound/ plant maintenance at all the sites.
- Manage the accommodation/ rental/ leasing and logistical arrangements for staff, company guests and expatriates.
- Work closely with the Hygiene Coordinator to ensure HSEQ standards at all the facilities are maintained.
- Guide the Company and staff on and coordinate the management of psychosocial risks.
- Coordinate the human resource administration projects such as employee surveys, Diversity days, HR Open days etc.
- Ensure regular reviews of Job descriptions, Job titles and conduct job evaluations on regular basis to ensure alignment with the organization structure.
- Support the HRAER Manager in manging the culture transformation agenda, head count and diversity agenda.
- Support the implementation of all annual HR-related Campaigns in line with the HR commitments.
- Ensure all staff files are updated with all the relevant information.
- Ensure accuracy of employee-related information in the HR management systems including Anael, Orgplus, Enablon etc.
- Support the deployment of the compliance program including management of conflict of interest, due diligence of third Parties.
- Manage and coordinate the service delivery by the messengers, drivers and the receptionist.
- Responsible for onboarding and management of all third Party staff working at the head office including agency staff.
- Responsible for provision and management of working tools for all employees.
- Responsible for sanitation and cleanliness of the office facilities as well as ensuring office furniture is sufficient and adequate to meet the employees’ requirements.
- Manage staff disputes and welfare.
- Responsible for sustainably closing all HR-assigned Safety Reported incidents.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management is an advantage
- Five years of working experience in Human Resource Management, at least 2 years of which should have included payroll management.
- Working knowledge of HRIS / Anael – desirable
- Good Communication, Interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Good analytical, planning and organizing skills
