Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Certificate or Diploma in secretarial and office management.
- Ugandan citizen and a resident of Mbale is an added advantage.
- Two to three years of experience using office packages (Ms word, Excel and PowerPoint)
