Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tracking, monitoring, and preparing sales performance against set targets and objectives.
- Prepare and compile channel sales commission based on the agreed terms and conditions.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Continuously work with different cross functional team to improve the broadband products and services.
- Coordinating sales activities including trade shows, activations, meetings, and events.
- Compiling and generating sales reports including sales trends, customer behavior and revenue analysis.
- Tracking of weekly fixed and device agent productivity as a key enabler to achieve the desired daily activations targets.
- Actively collaborating with other departments such as marketing, Technology, Customer experience to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide and grow sales innovation aligned to the vision mission and strategic focus areas of the business.
- Maintain professional working relationship with management, field and cross functional personnel, as well as customers and industry partners.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the MTN Uganda Coordinator – Wireless Broadband job must hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, IT or any other related field.
- Two years of experience in a supervisory role
- A Proficiency in excel and Power Point is must
- Demonstrate an understanding of and an ability to manage the interdependent issues and various stake holders.
- Good knowledge of sales and retail Industry trends, best practice retail
