Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Diploma in Civil, Building or Construction from a recognized institution.
• Previous work experience in Clerks of works role.
• Knowledge of relevant building, industry practice and health and Safety Legislation is required.
• Good analytical and Communication skills.
