Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation -Uganda (Baylor-Uganda) is an indigenous not-for-profit child health and development organisation affiliated to the Baylor College of Medicine International Paediatric AIDS Initiative (BIPAI), a Network of paediatric HIV/AIDS care and treatment Children’s Clinical Centres of Excellence and international program offices in 11 countries across Africa and Eastern Europe.
Job Summary: Under the overall guidance of the M&E manager and working closely with MoH/ government of Uganda counterparts and collaborating partners, the surge volunteer provides day-to-day technical support in records management, data collection/reporting, entry, cleaning, basic analysis and dissemination/use. S/he will establish/maintain collaborative networks involving local, subnational and national stakeholders and liaise with other programs and departments.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Data Officer job must hold a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Demography, Quantitative Economics, Computer Science, or Data Science related field.
- At least two years of related work experience
