Job Summary: As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking highly motivated Customer Support Interns to join our team.
Recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in customer support are welcome to submit their application for an internship. The internship is for six months with renewal opportunities; it provides transport money and staff meals.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should be fresh graduates
- Ability to effectively communicate in Luganda and English
- Proven good writing and general communication skills
- Evidence of academic excellence (copies of academic transcripts)
- Willingness and availability to start the internship by or before the 2nd week of August 2023
- Willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Computer literacy (e.g. simple computer data analysis, google docs, excel, etc)
