Job Title: Senior Human Resource Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities including staffing, employment processing, compensation, safety, health and welfare, training and development, record management, statutory and legal compliance, and industrial/labor relations.
- Manage human resources processes and operations such as talent acquisition/ recruitment, orientation, training, learning and development, coaching, counselling, performance review, staff appraisal, HR disciplinary issues.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must be a graduate with an Honors Degree in Human Resource Management, or Organizational Psychology, or a related area.
- Proven working knowledge and experience in all functional HR areas with an emphasis on employee relations and staff development.
- Proven capability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal, with people at all levels in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
- Relevant working experience of a minimum 6years; of which at least 2 should have been
- at the management level in human resources.
- Experience in managing Human Resources in a medium to large organization.
