Job Summary: The Manager, Account Management will provide support and direction in the execution of Credit Risk Management goals for Personal, Business & Commercial Banking clients across all product levels, whilst being responsible for the direction, oversight and execution of the credit risk control standards for Account Management across the portfolio in Credit Risk Management in order to deliver effective customer experiences.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide adequate controls over the risks encountered in the post-credit granting stage of the credit process.
- Drive effective people management & administration practices
- Assisting in the implementation of the credit procedures by maintaining a tight control over all aspects of advance administration to contain credit risk within acceptable parameters and ensuring that all bank and statutory returns/ reports are produced in an accurate and timely manner
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Stanbic Bank job must hold a University Degree in Economics, commerce, statistics, and any business-related field.
- Risk Management: In-depth understanding of the features, requirements, and operation dynamics of all Bank’s products.
- At least two years of banking operations experience with good understanding of Bank guidelines, procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
