Job Title: Infrastructure Administrator

Job Summary: The Infrastructure Administrator reports to the ICT Manager – Infrastructure and supervises the Infrastructure Officer. The successful candidate will Maintain, monitor and support the IT infrastructure of Pride including hardware, software and other related infrastructure peripherals in line with the Pride ICT policies Manual.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install and configure peripherals, services, settings, storage in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
- Supervise troubleshooting and backing up of information systems
- Perform daily ICT system monitoring
- Carry out performance reporting
- Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure projects
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any other related field
- Certification in MCSA, CSA, CCNA and any other networking certification
- Three years of experience in a busy ICT environment
