Job Summary: The Digital Financial Services Officer will perform the tasks that have been allocated in regard to ATM Banking and Business Intelligence. The role requires the job holder to work hand in hand with the DFS Supervisor, the Branch network and the entire business team and report progress made on key parameters. The job holder should be result – oriented and hence this gives them the responsibility of managing their day to day activities, work plans and report to the DFS Supervisor accordingly.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
ATM Banking (Card Issuance, Acquisition)
- Drive issuance/ Sales of Opportunity Bank ATM Card
- Increase usage of the issued ATM cards through clear activities
- Support the implementation of the ATM work steams in line with Bank Strategy,
- Grow ATM Terminal performance; daily usage, service offering.
- Perform enhancements and modification on the ATM Channel
- Share daily reports on ATM performance through Power BI reports and draw customer insights for business growth
- Training branches/staff on usage
- Hold campaigns for different segments to drive ATM usage, strategic initiatives
Business Intelligence — Digital Financial Services
- Evaluate, Plan, Design and implement Digital Banking/ Business data, give reports and dashboards through Power BI as per requirements
- Develop, Format and communicate insights from the data for financial and operational reports to DFS Manager, Chief Relationship Officer.
- Responsible for weekly and monthly KPI reporting for the entire Digital Banking Unit
- Implement and develop according to Bank’s reporting and BI standards for all business units
- Identify and shape potential business process improvement opportunities
- Maintain documentation and report updates as business rules and structure evolves
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager
People Management
- Be a team player at all times
- Offer training to all staff on the ATM product, Use of dashboard reports
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify risk factors and establish frameworks to mitigate risk under ATM Banking in line with risk management dashboards and Bank policies. Review the ATM banking transactions on daily basis to identify and mitigate the risks involved.
- Ensure compliance with product policy and procedures
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable organization in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
- At least 1 (one) year experience of business intelligence and report writing.
- At least 1 (one) year Microsoft Dynamics experience.
- Experience in Business intelligence and report writing.
- Solid experience working with Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Office suite.
- MUST possess a Credit pass in Maths and English at ‘O’ Level.

- Creativity and innovative solutions with a benchmarking approach
- Demonstrated ability to also work as a part of a team
- Sales of ATM Banking service (Issuance and Acquisition)
- Communicate fluently in English (Oral and Written)
- Analytical and numerical skills involve reading and interpreting reports, analyzing trends, financial/business management skills to a high level in order to drive strategy
- Advanced process management skills
- Great people management skills with a focus on Customer centricity
