Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- One to two years of experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications & Google docs.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, processes, & employment laws.
- Ability to handle sensitive & confidential information with integrity & discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive & self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative & contribute to team goals.
