Alpha Country Motel is located along Masaka- Kakuto Road approximately 20 minutes from Masaka Town. To maintain the charm of its serenity, each of the motel’s seven rooms are distinct with unique features.
All of the Motel’s rooms come with luxury duvets, cotton linens, quality toiletries, and private baths. Each room is equipped with a flat screen HDTV, DSTv and WIFI. Other amenities are available upon request. Our room rates vary based on season, room size, bed size and the room’s view.
Job Summary: Based in Kalisizo, the successful candidate will be responsible for smooth operation of accommodation and guest service functions, ensure that all guests receive a warm, friendly and memorable welcome, support housekeeping, co-ordination and delivery of dining, events, food & beverage services
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold an A’ Level certificate
- Good Computer & Microsoft Office Skills: At least word & Excel
- Good IT Skills including Emails & Social Media
- Previous Experience with Hotel Services
- Fluent in English
- Good People Skills
- Good Telephone Etiquette
