Job Summary:  The Co-ordinator, Projects will take lead in day today implementation of assigned programs involving organizing ongoing projects from inception to closure.  This task involves designing implementing and monitoring project plans, schedules, and budgets for ongoing and incoming projects. It involves identifying business opportunities, drafting concepts, proposals, and presentations to SBIL clients, and tracking bids submitted.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the execution of assigned projects or task from analysis, design, recruitment, and implementation as guided by the programs and business managers.
  • Support existing or new program re-design and roll out including research, ideation, testing and execution. Maintaining and monitoring project plans, work plans and projections.
  • Support the identification, mobilisation, recruitment and maintaining of program beneficiaries during and after project delivery.
  • Continuous follow up on the target program beneficiaries and collecting feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and informing the programmes manager about the same.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, organise, present, and share insights in the same
  • Effect the data management processes from SMEs, clients and partners that work with SBIL
  • Be the custodian of SBIL data and manage its distribution, use and reference.
  • Support with analysis for reporting to internal and external stakeholders on a routine basis as advised by the programs manager.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant for the Stanbic Bank Co-ordinator, Projects job must hold a First Degree; Project Planning and management, Business Administration
  • Post Graduate Degree: Project management
  • Additional Licenses and Certifications: Qualification in Project Management is Desired
  • Two to three years of related work experience
  • NGO or entrepreneurship support entity or any other related field, planning and leading on project implementation.
  • Problem solving skills exemplified through experience.
  • Has independently run a and managed an independent project with little or no supervision.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with digital collaboration tools
  • Computer literacy; MS Office Applications.
  • Good understanding of statistics and report collation and database management
  • Detail oriented and observant
  • Ability to work effectively both independently with no or limited supervision and as part of a team.
  • Aware of existing enterprise development challenges and trends globally
  • Past entrepreneurial experience will be an added advantage
