Job Title:   Office and Sales Administration Coordinator

Duty Station:  Garuge, Entebbe, Uganda

 

About US:

Pearl Marina Estates Limited is a 389 acre futuristic lakseside city on prime property on the Garuga Peninsula and is  a member of Centum Investment Group.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all direct/indirect customer queries and requests promptly
  • Manage the office reception and handle walk in customers and visitors
  • Prepare booking forms and offer letters for new customers.
  • Coordinate preparation and sharing of sales agreements for customers and follow up with customers to ensure the agreements are signed
  • Filing and record keeping of all customers and sales agents’ documents
  • Updating of customers details and payments on the online Customer Relationship Management platform (CRM)
  • Coordinate preparation of marketing materials/collateral for the various projects
  • Coordination of marketing events for the projects

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in a business or real estate field
  • Two years of experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Demonstratable ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
  • Experience in real estate sales/customer service will be an added advantage.
