Job Title: Office and Sales Administration Coordinator

Pearl Marina Estates Limited is a 389 acre futuristic lakseside city on prime property on the Garuga Peninsula and is a member of Centum Investment Group.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to all direct/indirect customer queries and requests promptly
- Manage the office reception and handle walk in customers and visitors
- Prepare booking forms and offer letters for new customers.
- Coordinate preparation and sharing of sales agreements for customers and follow up with customers to ensure the agreements are signed
- Filing and record keeping of all customers and sales agents’ documents
- Updating of customers details and payments on the online Customer Relationship Management platform (CRM)
- Coordinate preparation of marketing materials/collateral for the various projects
- Coordination of marketing events for the projects

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in a business or real estate field
- Two years of experience in sales and/or customer service
- Strong customer service orientation
- Demonstratable ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
- Experience in real estate sales/customer service will be an added advantage.
