Inputi is an agro digital marketplace that leverages technology to aggregate demand and supply of genuine farm inputs by farmers and dealers, respectively. After aggregating, Inputi implements a last mile delivery to farms through an integrated digital marketplace across Uganda.
Job Summary: The HR Officer is responsible for supporting in all aspects of human resources management and contributing to the overall people strategy of Inputi. This includes recruitment, employee onboarding and onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, and HR administration.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or a related field.
- At least two to three years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- High Level of Integrity
- Familiarity with HR software systems and tools.
