Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Have you sold mainstream /mass market solutions before?
  • Are you a quick thinker? Are you a closer?
  • Are you a leader?
  • Have you managed teams before?
  • Do you perform excellently under minimal supervision?
  • Do you have experience developing leads, mapping, and identifying potential clients?
  • Have you been at the forefront of developing credible sellable solutions in media, banking, insurance, or any other service industry?
  • Have you had to work within tight timelines?
  • Do you know how to make incredible presentations?
  • Have you previously worked within a high-performance environment following through the right processes diligently?
  • Are you motivated to work beyond the usual hours?
  • Are you motivated to earn on commission?
  • Can you speak eloquent Luganda?
