DFCU Limited was started by the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC) of the United Kingdom and the Government of Uganda through the Uganda Development Corporation (UDC) under the name of Development Finance Company of Uganda Limited. Later restructuring brought in DEG (of Germany) and International Finance Corporation (IFC) as equal partners with CDC and UDC, each having a 25% stake in the company. Its objective was to support long-term development projects whose financing needs and risk did not appeal to the then existing financial commercial lending institutions.

 

Job Summary:  dfcu Limited is calling for applications from recent Graduates of (less than 2 years) in the field of Quantity Surveying for a One-year (1 year) Graduate Trainee Program

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The training will provide you with an opportunity to kick start your career journey with on-job training/ experience within the Banking sector.
  • The training will focus learning and avail dedicated mentors to build the right foundation to get you started on your journey.
  • The training will enhance your skills and potentially put you on track for leadership positions down the road.
