Job Title: Accountant Medical Claims (Fresher Jobs)

Job Summary: The Accountant Medical Claims will ensure that debtor invoices are submitted to Insurance Service Providers before stipulated deadlines, debtors’ statements are well reconciled in the accounting system, and debtor’s balances are regularly reconciled with Insurance Service Provider’s Balances by way of Quarterly sign-offs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should at least hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Commerce from a recognized University and fully qualified Accountant (CPA/ACCA) OR Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CPA/ACCA)
- At least two years of working experience as an Accountant
- Experience of working with a medical facility is an added advantage.
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Good leaderships skills
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimum Supervision
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with Debtors.
