Job Title: Distribution Driver (Fresher O’ Level Jobs)

Job Summary: The key purpose of this role is to conduct deliveries of our products to customers and carry containers to the brewery on return.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring truck worthiness on the road,
- Communicate to office for day’s programme
- Manage the crewman
- Deliver product timeously
- Reporting incidences and accidents
- Confirming and signing off the invoices for their loads
- Keeping trucks clean
- Adherence to PPE use
- Ensure that the truck has all first aid kits, fire extinguisher & spare tyre
- Update the truck log book accurately
- Adhere to company truck handling procedures and policies
- Adhere to the road traffic rules and regulations

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a UACE certificate
- At least three years uninterrupted work experience as driver in a busy organization
- Valid driving permit with the relevant classes (CE)
- Defensive driving, basic skills in vehicle fault diagnosis and trouble shooting
- Good spoken and written English language
- Knowledge in inventory handling is an added advantage but not limiting factor
