Carlcare Service Limited was established in Hong Kong in 2009 with an aim to provide professional service support to mobile phones and other electronic consumer products, and over the years has become a leading service brand for consumer electronics in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. Currently, Carlcare is providing full-service support for TECNO, Itel & Infinix, three worldwide famous mobile phone brands.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Good at Content creation.
  • Well conversant with social media.
  • Good in spoken and written English.
  • Creative and able to change according to new trends
  • Manage and improve
  • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
  • Track the website traffic flow
  • Provide internal reports on a regular basis
  • Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
  • Identify trends and insights

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least one to two years of experience in the same role or similar field.
  • Photoshop or editing skills is an added advantage.
  • Relevant customer care skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
