Currently, Carlcare is providing full-service support for TECNO, Itel & Infinix, three worldwide famous mobile phone brands.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Good at Content creation.
- Well conversant with social media.
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Creative and able to change according to new trends
- Manage and improve
- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
- Track the website traffic flow
- Provide internal reports on a regular basis
- Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
- Identify trends and insights

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least one to two years of experience in the same role or similar field.
- Photoshop or editing skills is an added advantage.
- Relevant customer care skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
