Grace Foam (U) Limited was incorporated in 2019 and is a manufacturer of high-quality and new technology foam products that meet both local and international standards. We manufacture a wide variety of foam products including Mattresses, Mats, Foams. We also carry bed accessories from bedsheets to duvets and much more. Our purpose with Grace Foam is upgrading the mattress and bedding business here in Kampala with a new technologies and products.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To handle exports and import goods from another country.
- Carry out market survey in the country of deployment.
- Find out the competitors in the market.
- Carry out price survey for the good with other competitors Prospect clients, reach out to potential clients mainly whole sellers, Agents and also retailers were need be.
- Find out the cost of housing, food, water, electricity because it will determine the sale / nature of the business flow in the country of deployment.
- Work in and coordinate with leaders to simply the business need in the area of operation.
- Have cordial relationship with the natives in order to boost the business entity.
- Receive and verify the goods at the custom boarder for and on behalf of the company.
- Ensure the safety, risk and climate change for the goods received.
- To supervise, monitor, evaluate the progress of the business on behalf of the company.
- Ensure that all transactions are verified and intact.
- Recruit, train and orient and employ the natives as sales executives so as to generate more income.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report in relation to business flow which includes; challenges, progress, strength and weakness.
- Have direct contact with customers, security agencies for safety purposes.
- Maintain records of all customers buying company goods etc.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should have relevant qualifications
- Computer knowledge Ms. Word, Excel, Power point and use of internet (social media) like LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and many others.

- Intelligent
- Local language used in the country of deployment is essential (English, Swahili, French, Lingala, Kinyarwanda, Arabic/ Nubian)
