Insurance Company of East Africa (ICEA) was established in 1964 by Eagle Star Insurance Company and Welfare Insurance Company from the UK, as well as the New Zealand Insurance Company. In 1976, the company’s foreign shareholders sold their interests to a group of pioneering local investors, making ICEA the first major locally owned insurance company. Job Summary: The sales Agent is expected to adhere to the core values of the company and understand how the business runs so as to perform and meet given targets by the line manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Diploma in social sciences, business administration and related field
- A minimum of two years of experience in business management, marketing and related field.
- Be innovative/creative
- Be aggressive
- High degree of integrity
- Persistency in closing sales
- Be hard working
