Job Summary: The Specialist Occupational Health & Safety will manage and maintain the Occupational Health and Safety framework and programmes of the Bank, ensure regulatory compliance and a safe, health and conducive operating environment for all stakeholders inclusive of customers, staff, service providers and the community at large.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Stanbic Bank job must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related field
- Good understanding of Occupational Health & Safety with supporting certifications
- At least five years of Health & Safety experience
- Understanding of the banking environment
- Working in and managing teams
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Knowledge on interpretation and implementation of OHS statutes
- Knowledge on interpretation and implementation of Building statutes
