Job Summary: We are seeking a Portfolio Health and Market Insights Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the clean energy sector and data-driven decision-making. As an analyst, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights into our portfolio health and market trends to support strategic decisions and initiatives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s PAYG solar portfolio, analyzing its health, performance, trends, and risks.
- Conduct regular portfolio health checks and reviews, identifying areas of improvement, and proposing solutions based on data analysis.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment in the PAYG solar sector to provide strategic insights.
- Generate regular reports and presentations summarizing the portfolio’s health status, market trends, and insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with various teams (e.g., sales, operations, and finance, call center) to collect and interpret data.
- Design and implement data models to forecast portfolio performance and market trends.
- Consult with business decision-makers and understand their data needs
- Develop customer segmentation models to optimize resource allocation and marketing strategies.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least three years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- A strong understanding of the solar energy market and PAYG systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau).
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Significant attention to detail and an ability to quickly spot and fix problems
