Job Summary: The Filing Clerk will be primarily responsible for printing, scanning and filing both soft and hard copy assets disposition documents. S/he will support with other assets disposition activities as assigned by the supervisor.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Printing, scanning and filing (80%)
- Responsible for printing of agreements and submitting them to the respective managers to ensure that they are fully signed.
- Receiving agreements from the field, ensure that they are complete as required, scan and file both on soft copy and SharePoint.
- Enter all received agreements into the agreement tracker and share reports with the supervisor
Supporting asset management activities (20%)
- Participate in the asset Verification exercises as assigned by the supervisor.
- Support with the asset tagging of office items.
- Support in other disposition activities ie verification of assets

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should at least hold a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification. Graduate degree is desired
- At least two years of related work experience.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer skills especially word processing, excel and databases.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated competence to assess priorities and manage a variety of activities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
- Competencies: Administrative skills, excellent written and verbal communication
