The African Initiatives for Relief and Development (AIRD) is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit making organization with the main aim of protecting and seeking durable solutions for Refugees and IDPs in Africa in partnership with UNHCR the UN refugee agency.
Background:
Formula 21 Pitstop, a subsidiary and affiliate of African Initiatives for Relief and Development (AIRD), is an Authorized Service Centre that has been set up to repair and maintain on-warranty Toyota and other branded vehicles in the Mbarara area. To support the functioning of the service center, competent and well qualified Ugandans are invited to apply for the following available positions.
Job Summary: The Warehouse Clerk will ensure proper allocation and easy identification of parts in the warehouse ultimately timely delivery of parts to the sales team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Toyota Warehouse standards & implement proper Ware house bin location in line with TMC 7 storage warehouse principles.
- Receive parts in accordance with the laid down policies & procedures.
- Accurately verify & timely binning of the received parts from suppliers.
- Check, verify and bin all parts returned by customers in line with parts returns policy.
- Accurately undertake picking of parts as per invoice details and timely delivery to the sales staff.
- Accurate picking & packing of parts ordered by customers.
- Up to date filing of invoices and pick slips records.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures
- Active participation in all company activities.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE)
- One year of experience in Store/inventory Management Product/Automotive Industry Knowledge
- National Certificate/UVQF in Automotive Mechanics is an added advantage.
