About US:
The African Initiatives for Relief and Development (AIRD) is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit making organization with the main aim of protecting and seeking durable solutions for Refugees and IDPs in Africa in partnership with UNHCR the UN refugee agency.
Background:
Formula 21 Pitstop, a subsidiary and affiliate of African Initiatives for Relief and Development (AIRD), is an Authorized Service Centre that has been set up to repair and maintain on-warranty Toyota and other branded vehicles in the Mbarara area. To support the functioning of the service center, competent and well qualified Ugandans are invited to apply for the following available positions.
Job Summary: The Administration Assistant will ensure general orderliness and offer comprehensive support to all functions within the company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run errands at the company
- Managing the cleanliness of the facility
- Check and report the functionality of the utilities and company premises in general.
- Support the welfare function within the company.
- Undertake clerical work within the organization 6. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE)
- One year of experience in office management
- Possession of a driving license is preferred.
