Job Summary: The Driver will ensure safe transportation of staff, VSO Volunteers and other programme personnel, maintain vehicles and carry out other logistical activities of the respective office.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A valid and clean driver’s license
- At least four years driving skill for class B (up to 7 passengers).
- Working knowledge of the rules and regulations involved in the safe and efficient operation of vehicles.
- Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Well organized and able to develop an operational schedule.
- A good team worker, hardworking, dedicated and committed.
- Good standard of written and spoken English
- Experience and knowledge of the region in question
- Ability to be open minded and respectful
- Ability to be resilient and adaptive to new situations
- Ability to facilitate positive change and build sustainable working relationships
- Ability to seek and share knowledge
Desirable:
- Experience in the operation of large four-wheel drive vehicles
- Experience of working in the humanitarian sector.
- Knowledge local languages.
