Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of payment vouchers
- Banks reconciliation
- Raising sales invoices
- Follow up on supplier invoices
- Customer and supplier account reconciliation
- Filing of support documentation
- Data entry of sales invoices, receipts, payments and supplier invoices

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business studies, Finance or Accounting
- Two years of experience in an Accounts Assistant role
- Microsoft soft skills including; Excel, word.
- Use of accounting software like Tally, Quickbooks, Pastel
- Business Behaviours: Analytical skills, problem solving, communication skills, attention to detail.
