Job Summary: We are currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our subscribers
- Promoting our products and services to potential customers
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality
- Passionate about customer service
- Self starter
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
