Job Summary:  We are currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our subscribers
  • Promoting our products and services to potential customers
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Self starter
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
