Hariss International Limited is one of Uganda’s leading manufacturers of food and beverages. Since its inception in 2005 the production of both food and beverages have been operating under the brand name RIHAM.

 

Job Summary:  We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional HR advice and guidance to staff and management.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and manage the selection process
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs.
  • Manage employee records and documentation.
  • Participate in disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Manage employee relations and provide advice and guidance on labor laws.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a busy environment.
