Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide professional HR advice and guidance to staff and management.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and manage the selection process
- Administer payroll and benefits programs.
- Manage employee records and documentation.
- Participate in disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Manage employee relations and provide advice and guidance on labor laws.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
- A minimum of three years of experience in a busy environment.
