Job Summary: The Office Assistant will handle administrative tasks in the office
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications
- Managing filling system
- Recording information as needed
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Coordinating supply inventory
- Maintaining office equipment as needed
- Creating maintaining and entering information into database
- Support finance department in managing field stores and payments.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the World Vision Uganda Office Assistant job must hold a UCE certificate and various trainings in hospitality
- Experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication skills
