Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Seek and educate potential Boda Loan customers on Mogo Loans SMC Ltd and its Boda Boda loan products.
- Enroll eligible customers by guiding them on the requirements for a Boda Boda loan.
- Monitor and support all Boda Boda loan applications and ensure that the set daily, weekly, and monthly Field Sales Officer’s targets are achieved.
- Monitor on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis the loan repayment behavior of all the Field Sales Officers’ clients and ensure that a high loan repayment rate is maintained.
- Provide regular feedback to the Branch Manager with any relevant information that will maintain and improve customer acquisition, repayments, and retention.
- Follow up will all defaulting customers to ensure that the Portfolio at Risk is maintained at acceptable levels.
- Support loan clients to resolve all issues relating to servicing their loans and within the terms and conditions set out in the loan agreements.
- Evaluate all loan performance reports and proactively take action to maintain a healthy loan book.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Education Economics, or any other relevant field.
- At least two years of working experience as a loans officer or in the Microfinance Industry.
- Preferably familiar with the Boda Boda Industry
- Must have a proven performance track record with a clean background.
- Age: Between 22 and 35 years
