Job Summary: Our business is growing rapidly, we are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Recovery Officers – Field in several locations all around Uganda, specifically in Kampala, Jinja, Mbale, Lira, Iganga, Mbarara, Gulu, and all of the Watu Branches Countrywide.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The role of a Recovery Officer (RO) is constantly follow-up clients/debtors to make payments prior to re-possession proceedings commence.
- The RO also advises clients/ debtors on payment arrangements, handles inquiries, and provides administrative assistance (reports) to the team after the re-possession/ recovery of an asset (bike) has been done.
- While in the field, identifying and applying the most efficient communication tactic persuading the client to close his overdue and return to payment compliance.
- Repossessing collateral once all previous communicational attempts have failed.
