Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to oversee operations of the Apartment.
- Ensure full compliance to Apartments SOP’s.
- Able to Lead all key property issues and Handle complaints.
- Able to prepare monthly reports and present them when required.
- Able to coordinate with all HOD’s for the execution of all activities.
- Able to oversee and manage all departments, working closely with all HODs daily.
- Able to provide effective leadership.
