Raising Gabdho Foundation (RGF) is a social enterprise which works to boost livelihoods of vulnerable households using sustainable approaches and benchmarking good practices.

 

Job Summary:  The Evidence & Learning intern is a position that typically involves assisting with the collection, analysis, and dissemination of evidence and learning.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Assisting with the design and implementation of evidence and learning frameworks and systems
  • Helping to collect and analyze data using various quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations on evidence and learning findings
  • Helping to maintain and updated evidence and learning databases
  • Assisting with the design and implementation of data quality assurance procedures
  • Participating in evidence and learning trainings and workshops
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of data management systems
  • Helping to identify and document best practices and lessons learned
  • Communicating and disseminating evidence and learning to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in a relevant field such as international development, evaluation, research, education or other related fields.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
