Job Summary: The Company seeks to recruit a qualified Administrative Graduate Trainee.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, record, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Assist in secretarial services and delivery of mail/parcels.
- Petty cash management.
- Site spare inventory management.
- HSE inventory management
- Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Academic Qualifications, bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Business Administration or other related qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Display a high level of interpersonal skills including poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Able to work with little supervision and achieve superior results.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Possess a high level of integrity.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both within a team and independently.
