About US:

Bugoye Hydro Limited (BHL) is a Ugandan company that operates 13MW Bugoye HPP in Kasese.

 

Job Summary:  The Company seeks to recruit a qualified Administrative Graduate Trainee.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, record, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Assist in secretarial services and delivery of mail/parcels.
  • Petty cash management.
  • Site spare inventory management.
  • HSE inventory management
  • Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum Academic Qualifications, bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Business Administration or other related qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Display a high level of interpersonal skills including poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Able to work with little supervision and achieve superior results.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Possess a high level of integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both within a team and independently.
