Job Summary: The Relationship Supervisor Agriculture Finance is accountable for developing Agriculture Finance and offering them Banking and financial advisory & for achieving sales performance against targets for the Agriculture Finance segment, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements & product mix development
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with Agriculture Finance clients and ensure that services delivered meet customer expectations.
- Assess credit requests in conjunction with the credit department in line with the Banks credit standards, policies, procedures and practices and recommend action to the credit department and committee.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Carry out activities that enhance and promote good public relations and image by giving friendly and efficient services to Agriculture Finance customers.
- Perform, promote and maintain the highest standards of customer service in order to maximize returns from exist from existing relationships.
- Implement, and administer business growth programs as necessary to maximize personal Banking profitable sales of all Bank products & services. This would include developing direct customer contact and relationships with Agriculture Finance customers.
- Develop, implement, and administer sales programs as necessary to maximize contribution of the Agriculture Finance portfolio to the Bank’s B/S and P&L.
- Carry out sales visits to existing & potential Agriculture Finance customers and identify sales leads and report.
- Ensure sales growth in the various product portfolios by organizing and conducting sales campaigns, with partnership building being centric.
- Maintain and update information on the company’s products or services (work closely with marketing and distribution, sections of the Bank).
- Support with agric-leaning partnerships management especially with relevant reports consolidation and other related demands.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Cooperative Management, Agricultural Economics, or a related field from a recognized university.
- At least two years of experience in a Banking or similar environment.
- Must have critical thinking, analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced, computer literacy, numerical skills and statistical skills.
- Team player, ability to work under pressure and in position to exercise excellent judgment.
- The ability to communicate clearly in a professional manner is deemed essential.
- Proven ability to build functioning working relationships
- Takes clear accountability, and focuses on delivery of broader corporate goals.
- Ability to take decisions and progress towards goals in conditions of uncertainty.
- Ability to demonstrate positive image and up hold FTB values.
- Must be a person of integrity
