Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing & supporting corporate business activities to ensure achievement of set objectives through different channel including Brokers, Agent, Direct and other Alternate.
  • Preparation of necessary reports,
  • Coordinating of marketing related activities and engagement with channels members,
  • Tracking payments, business performance, receipts & payment of commissions,
  • Ensuring that SOPs under distribution are met, timely escalation of risk events, and all agreed time bound activities are executed in accordance to the signed partnership SLAs with both external & internal stakeholders

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold an Honours Degree (Hons): Business (Required), Honours Degree (Hons): Marketing Communication (Required)
  • Skills: Business, Business Performance, Commissions, Marketing, Payments, Performance Management (PM), SLAs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Strategic Objectives, Strategic Planning
