Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager (Coffee) is responsible for overall handling and Storage of coffee stocks, implementing controls and leading a warehouse team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.
- Developing, implementing, and supervising controls within the various warehouses. Be responsible for the stocks at all times.
- Organize the warehouse department, delegate tasks, and train colleagues.
- Planning and implementing the strategy for achieving the targets in cooperation with other departments.
- Maintain a safe environment for the workers and the stocks within the warehouses.
- Organize the workers, ensure their safety, and control their work.
- Ensure accurate stock-taking and organize the efficiency of the warehouses despite space constraints.
- Oversee the overall warehouse operations and efficient management of the facilities and labor to ensure optimal use of the resources.
- Ensure and forecast storage space optimisation
- Controlling production costs, developing and tracking key metrics to reduce the cost price and improve the effectiveness.
- Generate necessary reports to organize the warehouse efficiency.
- To update reports and data base with daily operations

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a University degree in a business-related field or Supply Chain Management
- At least three to five years of experience in inventory management preferably of coffee for export
- Experience in coffee storage.
- Experience in managing large teams.
- Experience in inventory management
- Knowledge in warehouse management systems
- Computer Proficiency
- Languages: English (Advanced), Local dialect (Fluent)
