Job Summary: The Public Relations Officer mainly promotes the company’s corporate brand aggressively defend the company’s image in the public eye, promote the company’s ideology for clear visibility and among the public, stakeholders, shareholders and partners locally regionally and international
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Aggressively defend the company’s image among the public eye, stakeholders, shareholders and partners
- Create a positive and healthy working relationship with local, regional and international media fraternity.
- Oversee with agency support the tracking and public relations valuation of published articles and manage the database of public relations metrics.
- Develop public relations campaigns on media relations strategies
- Process requests for information or assistance from media, industry partners and the public.
- Support public relation team with planning, coordination and execution of events, press conferences and other occasions.
- Serve as backup for other members of the public relations team, provide research needed by the public team and assistance to senior staff.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management.
- Prepare press releases, key note speeches and promotional materials

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Degree in Public Relations, Journalism and Communications
- At least three years of working experience in areas of wildlife and tourism.
- Impeccable writing and organizational skills.
- Team-working and communication skills
- Computer skills.
