Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and proactive Sales Officer to help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth. The Sales Officer will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new clients, negotiating and seal deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to sell our services, you are encouraged to apply.
Main 2023 Objective: Recruit 50 schools into the program.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and update business marketing strategy, tools, and messaging like pitch, stories, filers, blogs, podcasts among others.
- Conduct school mapping to identify potential customers and recruit 50 partner schools into the program by negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections from schools.
- Review current school recruitment truckers and proactively curry out intensive follow ups through phone calls to sign up schools.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media (Develop better sales and marketing strategy).
- Carry out weekly updates of the school recruitment trucker.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Lead the development of TUL as a brand.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Lead organizational events related to marketing and sales.
- Conduct capacity building to sales and marketing fellows and manage their day to activities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.
- At least one year of experience working in the fast pass moving company/Organization
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing.
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Partnership Management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
