Job Summary: The Business Development and Marketing Officer will mainly implement, monitor and evaluate Marketing strategies for Pride’s Products and Services in accordance with the approved annual operational plan, business strategy, Pride policies and Bank of Uganda guidelines to set out business appropriate expansion/growth strategies
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement the approved marketing plan and ensure the achievement of marketing/business targets.
- Assist the process of procuring and generating marketing information.
- Participate in creating and developing strategic business partnerships.
- Participate in PR activities.
- Support the implementation of the institutions social function.
- Support development and pitching of proposal concepts to potential business partners to grow business through account opening.
- Manage relationships with existing customers through rewarding loyal clients,
- Participate in developing, crafting and implementing the annual marketing plan

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Economics and Social Sciences.
- At least two years of experience in sales and marketing.
